Last year, Softest Balls came into the championship game as the favorites, just like they did yesterday, but walked away without the win. Yesterday was a different story. Softest had a first round bye and were facing a tough Never Gotten Past Second Base team. Softest started off a little tentative and the game was within one or two runs until the sixth when Softest scored 6 runs to take a 15-7 lead and walked away with the Championship that eluded them last year. Congrats to Softest and the rest of the league for a great season!
