Despite less than ideal conditions, Don't Hit Liz was able to come out on top in the beach volleyball championships at Golden Gardens on Thursday. The torrential rain and wind didn't stop the team from coming out and playing their hardest, taking their game all the way to the third set! The sloppy weather must have been a sign that Sloppy Sets would take the title of champs on Thursday night at Golden Gardens. With extremely rainy and windy conditions, Sloppy Sets came ready to play some hardcore beach volleyball. Every dig, every set, and every kill played by the team was played to their fullest extent.
