  Balls? Balls. Balls!

When unforced errors matter most

Balls? Balls. Balls! and Hittin’ it from the back have been two power house teams all season and predictions could have been made of their match up in the finals. After taking their semi-finals opponents in only 2 games last week, the teams were ready to face each other across the net and name a victor. Filled with killer serves, well placed hits and huge blocks this game was fun to watch. Both games of the match were close in points in the end, but the championship title went to the team with fewer mistakes. Congrats Balls? Balls. Balls!!

  Scared Hitless

Taking the lead

Organized Chaos and Scared Hitless showed up ready to kick some butt on the volleyball court. The undefeated number 1 seed Organized Chaos jumped right out of the gate with wicked serves and great play from the front and back lines. They showed #2 Scared Hitless that they meant business and at the end of game 1 Organized Chaos walked off the court grinding their teeth in defeat. In game 2, Organized Chaos kicked it up a notch in the beginning, but soon Scared Hitless brought the big guns and the game went a little quicker than the first. After losing to Organized Chaos in regular season, they came back to show who the real champs are.

  Just the Tip

Yes We Can

As usual Just the Tip showed up in a themed outfit which fittingly was Red, White & Blue for election night. One teammate was even wearing an Obama shirt. After they won their semi-finals match 2-1 they were warmed-up and ready for another one. Bump Ninjas showed up early to warm-up and from the looks of it, intimidate with some hard hits. In game 1 it looked as though Just the Tip was out matched as they lost 14-25. However, instead of cowering in defeat, they came out with a bang and took game two. With big hits & blocks, accurate sets and low digs both teams showed their determination to win. In the end, a win for Obama is a win for Just the Tip!
