Championship Formula

Spiked Punch is a roster full of straight up ballers. Volleyball seems to come second nature for this group as their game was just polished. The passing was perfect and the hitting was great. Their defense as a collective group was second to none. The communication from Spiked Punch was very impressive to say the least. As much as Spiked Punch ran, their lips were constantly moving to where the ball was going.

One can only wonder what happened during the regular season. They boasted a 1-5 record and were easily the underdogs entering the playoffs. But when Spiked Punch arrived at the playoffs, something just clicked. They looked like an undefeated team with no flaws to be seen. In fact, Spiked Punch didn't lose a single set in the playoffs. Pure domination at work.

What a great way to end the season Spiked Punch. Now ride that momentum to next season and grab that number 1 seed for the playoffs.

Perfection!

What a season it was for The Ruckus. They showed true grit and determination all season long to repeat as Underdog champions.

Already with great chemistry established, it was all about executing when it came to game days. And their execution was flawless. No one wanted to step on the court against The Ruckus because they knew their outcome would not be so delight. The Ruckus started the season on fire! Only losing 1 set in 6 weeks then only losing 1 more set on their way to championship victory.

This tight knit crew will be back for some more volleyball fun come Jan 9th and looking to go down as one of the more victorious teams that Underdog has seen. The Ruckus are the true kings of the hardwood. Great Job all of you.

Hard Fought Road

509 Block Party competes every season, putting in great effort but to only fall short in the playoffs. They have always had the talent but the pressures of the game always troubled them. This season 509 Block Party came back after missing the championship the previous season. And they learned from that experience.

In one of the toughest Underdog leagues, 509 Block Party came in swinging. They had battles all season long but ended up only losing one game in the regular season. This was the year all of their talents came together. 509 Block Party had everything you needed from hitting, blocking, passing and attitude. Their competitiveness kept them united but their friendship drove them all the way. Each player genuinely cheered each other on. No egos were found on this team and they knew how to make this team work.

Amazing work out there this season 509! A beast may have been woken with this group. Get ready Underdog because 509 will be bringing the party next season as well!
