The doubleheader sweep by Thank You Come Again was led by team captain Karim Merchant. He was keeping the defenses off guard with his pinpoint passes and uptempo pace. Not to be overshadowed on defense, Karim was a ball hawk picking off 3 passes in game 2.

All in all, it was an impressive showing by the entire defense. Great job and good luck the rest of the season!

Pulling in 3 touchdowns was impressive on it's own, but Dan also caught the game changing interception that would put his team in the lead for good. Great game Dan!

On Sunday night in Kirkland, all the games were played under a constant hard driving rain. That would put a damper on most player's game, but not Jason. The rain seemed to help him take his play to another level. Jason was an absolute beast on both sides of the ball, with 2 sacks and 2 touchdowns. Way to go Jason!

There was plenty of scoring in the Freeballers doubleheader sweep on Sunday, but the key scores of the night were pulled in by Mike Morgan. Not once but twice Mike hauled in some beautiful over the shoulder TD catches while running full steam and not losing a step. All in all Mike ended up with over 4 TDs and 1 PAT on the night. Fantastic catches and great games, Mike!

On a cold and rainy night in Kirkland, Jeff 'Tiny Dancer" Dix of Mr. Hands turned in what could be the play of the year. Tiny Dancer made a fantastic play on the ball and intercepted a pass in the end zone, but he wasn't finished there. He turned on the jets made a couple of moves and returned the pick 100+ yards to the house for a crucial score in a close game. Spectacular play Tiny Dancer!

In a battle for the number 1 seed in the playoffs, Clear Israel helped the Tribe take the honors with a great all-around performance. He contributed with many nice receptions on offense and a timely 2 pt conversion. But his real worth was on defense. Clear kept constant pressure on the QB resulting in 2 sacks and had a huge flag pull on 4th down to seal the victory.

However, Dan's biggest contribution of the night was a game changing interception in the semi-final match against the Tribe the sealed the upset. Great games Dan!
