Hold My Kick ended their season just like they started it on Monday. They began their season with wins over Entercommies and Booze on First, and they ended it the same exact way, finishing undefeated.
It wasn't all smooth sailing though, as there were some bumps in the semi-final game. The game was a scoreless tie through the 3rd inning, when Booze on First opened up the scoring with 3 runs in the 4th. Hold My Kick would come back though, putting up seven runs over the next two innings to take the lead. Booze on First wasn't quite done on the night, stringing together some hits to bring the game to within two runs. The threat was real with two outs, as they got runners to second and third base. Hold My Kick was able to get a pop up to center that ended the game.
After a break where they were able to make some strategic adjustments and scout the Entercommies, they came out hot in game two, jumping on top of them 7-0 early in the game, before piling their lead up to 12 runs and a championship win.
