While the Ball Snatchers were not the number one seed heading into the playoffs, they played like they deserved it. In the Snatchers playoff run, no opponent got closer than 10 points. Matt Nelson led a balanced attack by spreading the ball around and keeping opposing defenses off balance. Each time the Ball Snatchers were tested on third or fourth down, Nelson found a receiver, whether it was Arash Ghberi, Lisa Thompson, or any of his other fine pass catchers. In a two-game sweep, on Championship Sunday, that offense racked up 99 points in an impressive effort. The Ball Snatchers are truly an offensive juggernaut and will continue to be a force to be reckoned with in the upcoming spring season.
