Fall Gentlemen's Flag Football at Seattle Center Sundays

While this team may tell you that TDs are the real MVP, it's Jonathan Dao who is the real POTW for Week 1. Jon was instrumental in his team's 44-27 win over the Jet Sweeps. Dao scored four touchdowns on offense, and snagging an interception on defense, leading the path to victory.

Jacob B. Ruled on the gridiron with fabulous play on offense and defense with 3 TD's. On offense Jacob was a key receiver bringing in 2 TD catches, and also had big catches between the goal-lines. Jacob wasn't choosey about what QB was throwing as he also had a pick 6 utilizing the opponents QB on a scoring play. Great game Jacob!

Jerry J. earns player of the week in his squads big win with a 58 to 32 final. Jerry was the key to his teams success on both offense and defense. Flying up and down the field, on offense Jerry had 4 TD's, and was unstoppable pairing springs with speed. Also on defense Jerry reeled in 2 INT's slowing any sort of push by their opponent. Jerry's performance earns him POTW!

John B earns this week's POTW for his clutch TD catches down the stretch as well as his great defense. John was real slick with the ball, spinning and avoiding numerous flag grabs en route to his first TD that put his team up early. Then, later in the game with his team trailing by a TD with less than a minute to go, John found an empty pocket in the endzone and caught a bullet to put his team up. His amazing play didn't end there, as he was in great defensive positioning and withstood the contact to draw an Offensive Pass Interference call as time expired to negate what would have been the opposing team's game-winning TD. Way to hang in there, John! Good luck the rest of the way.
