In a fast paced championship between the Fighting Tom Toms and the Unkempt Merkins, the Merkins came out on top. With the final score ending 38 to 44, both QB's had lots of success and it was apparent why these to teams were the last ones standing. The Merkins were able to slow down the game a bit and took the Tom Toms out of their very affective fast paced run and gun offense. The QB of the Merkis, Andy K., played in his final game for the for seeable future for other adventures, but was able to give his team a final victory before he exited. The Merkins have played numerous seasons under different/creative team names, but this game will be a bit more memorable. Andy successfully put up 44 points at the QB position, and was key in his teams final victory. Great game Merkins, even with Brady's one penalty.

It's been a long road to get to this point for Joe and Friends (@jaf). They've been up and down the ranks from mid core to hard-core and back. But in the fall of 2014, they hit their stride and made a championship run to be remembered. After a huge victory in the semi-finals, all that stood in their way was the Lawn Wranglers and their 39 League Championships (that's an estimate, but they have a lot!). But @jaf was not to be denied as Brian Sweeney stepped led them to a 30-14 rout in the Championship Game by catching two huge touchdowns and snagging a key interception. Congratulations to @jaf!

Mediocre came to the field ready to roll putting up 91 points in their two games of playoff night. Mediocre's offense was dialed in, and played with very few errors. Mediocre faced Team Cash Out, and Mediocre took them out of their game quickly. Medicore's offense was terrific, but it was the defense who played a very key role coming up with 6 INT's. With the final score ending 51 to 20, Mediocre may have to change their team name as they played with excellence on this night. Great game mediocre!
