Well the Cougs maybe didn't play the way they'd have liked during the regular season, coming into the playoffs seeded #8, but they really stepped up their game in the post-season. After winning 3 games to get to the final, including defeating the #1 seed, they continued their solid play and beat the Blue Falcons 32-13. Their team defense was the main contributor to the victory margin, with several interceptions and great tackles against the speedy Falcons, and the rain didn't get in the way of making great catches and running solid routes. Congratulations Cougs on a well-earned championship!
