Fall Co-ed Kickball at Lower Woodlands Thursdays

Chad put together a very impressive game. From the outfield, he gobbled up any kicks in his general direction. From long balls to short pop-ups, he was all over the place.
But it was on offense that he shone.
Final tally I believe was two home runs and a triple.
He was definitely the offensive catalyst for the Six-Pack Away squad.
Effectively raising the expectations of his twin brother for next game. Alright Jeff, your turn...

This weeks player of the week goes to Tiffany Bergeson!! She earned it on the defense side of the game. Tiffany made a ton of tough plays at third-base, no matter who was barrelling down the line at her!! She helped her team win and also did great on offense!! Great job Tiffany!!

This weeks player of the week goes to Alyssa Pallari and her strong kicking leg! With her stellar play at first base racking up the outs, showing mad Kick-ball skills, it was her strong leg that did it! She set the tempo in the first inning with a big 2-run Homerun to give her team momentum that they used to win their game!! Great job Alyssa!!

Congrats to Brendan Stamper from team Hey Buddy for being awarding this weeks Player of the Week! Team Hey Buddy was backed into a corner, down 7-9 in the bottom of the 4th and Team BadonkaDonk threatening with bases loaded and no outs. After two quick outs to the third baseman and pitcher, Brendan basically saved the game with a great, full extention diving catch in right field! The catch pumped up team Hey Buddy who answered by scoring 6 runs in the 5th taking the lead for good. The diving catch proved to be very important, as team Hey Buddy edged out Team BadonkaDonk 15-14. Congrats to team Hey Buddy for a great game played, and to Brendan Stamper for an AMAZING catch!
