Throughout the world of sports, Thursday was a night for championship teams to step up and make a statement about how hungry they were for a championship. Whether it was the Lakers, Penguins, or Ball Snatchers, the Statdog saw strong performances across the board. In two games, the Ball Snatchers made their statement by racking up two double-digit victories in two games, cruising to the Thursday Night Championship. Leading the way was quarterback Matt Nelson, along with Phara Kea, Raf Wong, and MVP Branda Anderson. Nelson evenly distributed the ball all over the field, and when he needed a big play on a crucial third or fourth down, he looked to Anderson, who continually delivered the goods, leading the Ball Snatchers to another championship.
