The White Walkers played a great game which was very close. The game went back and forth and in the end the White Walkers were able to take the lead in the 6th and then play defense in the 7th to lock up the win. The team has said this is going to be the game in the league, but time will tell if that's true. If this is it for the team it's the end of a dynasty and they will have story book ending just like Peyton Manning.
Ryan B earns this week's Player of the Week award for his outstanding performance on offense and defense. On the defensive side, he caught everything in his vicinity from right-center, including a couple of nice running catches to prevent runs from scoring. In the top of the 9th (yes, you heard it right)- Ryan led off the inning with a single, and found his way on third with 1 out thanks to some aggressive baserunning. One base knock later, Ryan was scoring the go-ahead (and eventual winning) run in a great showdown that could be a championship rematch.
This week's Player of the Week award goes to Ryan B, dubbed the "Breaker of Balls". Ryan has a lot of power in his kicks, and he showed it by kicking a foul ball well into the trees, never to be played with by Underdog again. Another time up, Ryan did one better. He kicked a ball so hard that the second it went off his foot, it popped and wheezed air out until it was a flat piece of rubber. It's a good thing we don't test for HGH, or Ryan would be #1 on the list. Well done!
