They say defense wins championships, and that's why this weeks POTW is Jim Park of the MudDogs. Jim had 5 sacks and incredible pressure on the Zack and the Zack Attack QB, in the MudDogs 50-24 win. It was a game that was far closer than the soore indicates, as "Zack" scored nearly at will in the first half against a porous MudDog pass defense. The score was tied at 24 at half. But when Park started to pressure the "Zack" QB in the 2nd half, it was all over but the shouting. In fact, the MudDogs were able to "pitch a shutout" in the 2nd half and eventually won going away. That QB pressure will be needed the rest of the playoffs if the MudDogs want to win another title. Great Hustle, Jim!
