Chris Kim

Bubbies and Dolls

Chris really came through in the late innings in what was the 'game of the week' with a thrilling 7th inning finish. It started in the 6th with Chris recording the final out nailing the runner heading to 3rd. But it was Bubbies and Dolls trailing 8-2 when Chris comes up after 4 runs scored and smashes a liner for 2 more to tie up the game. He continued his great play into the 7th recording all 3 outs, one a spectacular diving catch in the dirt. Chris did it again in the bottom half as well, driving in the tying run and leading his team to a hard-earned victory.

Eric Schwem

Bubbies and Dolls

Eric must have been practicing in the off season as he was primed and ready to play right from the get-go in game one. Offensively, he kicked the bleep out of the ball going 5 for 6 with 6 RKI and 2 HR kicks--one of which was a smokin' line drive that cleared the outfielder and rolled all the way to the fence. On D, Eric roved the outfield stealing base hits with great running catches with nothing getting past him. It was a dominating effort and a well deserved POTW award.
