History

Founded in the year of our lord, 1876, the Slammers SC is the oldest Co-ed softball team in Seattle. The original founding members included a logging magnate, a city councilmen, and a former roadie for Nirvana. The last 10 years have seen unparalleled, mild success for the Slammers SC. The sort of success be described by the old saying, "Hey, we still have a team and haven't killed each other yet!"

Over the years, the Slammers SC have enjoyed playing and competing against every and any team that Underdog has thrown at them...but only one team has achieved rival status, The Empty Pitchers. While the last several years of the rivalry have been a bit lopsided, Bob will return to it's rightful owners this year...so has it been written, so shall it be done!
