Andrew Parsons hit 2 home runs and drove in 5 runs, leading Random Collision to a 17-9 win over St. Andrew's. The score was not indicative of the closeness of the contest, a 2 run game going into the 7th inning.
The game was back and forth the entire night, but in the Collision half of the 7th, Parsons hit a big home run, his 2nd of the night. The homer seemed to light a fire under the Collision offense and they tacked on 6 more runs following the homer. Andrew was also invaluable in the field, handling a number of tough ground balls. It was an outstanding performance by both clubs, who could meet in the playoffs. Great work Andrew.
