Two pillars of the USL football community met in the finals of the Fall Coed League at Memorial Stadium. All the Way, shut Max Muscle down in authoritative fashion to meet Morning Wood. Matt Kim had four interceptions and threw five touchdowns to lead All the Way to the finals against top seated Morning Wood. With tenacious intensity, Morning Wood stopped All the Ways bid for the championship, led by Tracy Stine. Tracy, our player of the week, made numerable key receptions and seemed to always be in the right spot as Morning Wood finished the season with the 35-27 victory.
Tracy Stein took control of the final game of the Fall 2005 Co-ed Sunday Seattle Center USL league against All the Way. Tracy was unstoppable on offensive, was always open when she stepped on the field, never dropped a ball and always gain substantial yards after the catch. As if that wasn't enough contribution, Tracy was a force to be reckoned with on defense for M. Wood. Great job Tracy, you will look great in the Champ shirt.
At the finale of the regular season, Paul Mennillo had his best performance of the season. Making a strong bid for the most valuable player honors, Paul led Morning Wood to yet another top seated playoff berth in a USL Co-ed flag football league. Beating Lets Get Sauced 39-18, Paul had 4 passing TD, 1 rushing TD and 3 interceptions, one of which was returned for a TD. That's right he was responsible for 6 TD. Great job Paul and good luck in the playoffs.
