Winter Co-ed Flag Football at Seattle Center Tuesdays

Sometimes, it's not fancy pass plays, or heroic performances that add up to a championship. Sometimes, it's true grit. TDs In Your Face had a rough regular season, barely squeaking into the playoffs with the 8 seed. But with March Madness underway, this team made a splash of it's own, pulling off three upsets along the way to the championship. In the final game, the defense stepped up by intercepting three passes, leading the way to a 28-20 victory. Congratulations to the winners!

There are Player of the Week performances, and then there are Championship performances like the one Eric Forner turned in on Tuesday night. With everything on the line, Eric intercepted three passes and scored a touchdown as well, leading his team to a 28-20 victory and the Coed Championship!

This weeks honors go to the 8 seed TDs In Your Face for the excellent job advancing in the playoffs knocking out the umber 1 seed. In a game that went down to the last second, Michael B. caught a bomb to help his team win 25 to 19 and advance to next week. Thats why we play the games, you never know who might rise to the occasion!
