The season started rough for the Angry Pirates. For these first time kickballers, it was hard to compete with veterans of the game wile they were still learning the rules, and they had to swallow some tough losses. So what did they do? They got, um... ANGRY. More Cowbell had the lead all game until the bottom of the seventh, when smart play and base running by the Pirates helped them come back and clinch their first win. In the end it was Andrew Streeter's walkoff RKI single that sealed it. Not bad for an Aussie, we have to say.
