In the second softcore division of the spring league of coed flag football at Memorial Stadium, Primetime rolled to victory. Prime time cruised to victory over Paragon Team Barkada with some stellar play by Yke Howell. Then bested the Fancy Pants on some great play on both sides of the ball by Kate Siddell. Kate had a great interception and a touchdown in the span of two minutes of the game to ensure that Primetime would not be defeated.
The play of Kate Siddell this past Sunday at Memorial in the second week of the Spring coed softcore playoffs was truly worthy of a Player of the Week honor. Kate is not only the captain of Primetime, the champs of the Softcore 2 league, but also the nicest player on the field. As if that wasn't enough, Kate also put up some huge numbers this past week. In the championship game alone, against team Fancy Pants, Kate had a sweet interception, then caught two passes on the ensuing drive, including one for the go ahead touchdown. Kate's play took the wind out of Fancy Pants sails and won the game for her team. Great work Kate, it was a pleasure to watch.
