Katherine came up with a game saving interception to earn player of the week. With Ridin' Dirty driving down to to eventually tie and/or go ahead, she stepped in front of the pass and secured her teams victory. Great job. I am sure there were plenty of POTW worthy candidates and I'll look for you next week!
This week in the Co-ed flag football league at Memorial Stadium on Sundays the player of the week is Katherine Chesson of Primetime. Katherine had a great game with two solid receptions on offense and two huge, momentum changing interceptions on defense, both of which were returned for touchdowns. Her first interception gave her team the lead and boosted their morale to a point from which they were able to run away with the game and defeat Fancy Pants 27-13. Great job Katherine!
