This was a great game between two solid teams used to winning! But today it was the "Cougs" that ended on top. With a great battle between two great quarterbacks, both doing whatever it took to win, Johnny Ellis and the "Cougs" got the crown. With Johnny's 4 TD passes, and the solid D of the Cougs they were able to walk away victorious. Great job "Cougs"!
The player of the week this week in the Gentlemens flag football league at Juanita High School on Sundays is Jason Webb from the Cougs. Jason put up some huge numbers in the win against Just the Tip, catching an incredible 6 interceptions on defense and also catching 4 touchdown passes on offense. He was simply unstoppable taking advantage of every opportunity on both sides of the ball and leading his team to a 46-22 victory. Great job Jason!
