Going into the bottom of the 7th with the lights getting ready to fade. Evil Tangents had been down by 6 coming into the bottom. They battled! 2 on 2 out, Chris came through with the single to score 2 to win the game! All night they battled, through traffic after bowling in Underdog and then come out and win in tough conditions. Hey it is playoff time and this could be the difference for the championship run. Way to hang tough both teams. Good luck in the playoffs.
Matt had a great game in all aspects of the game. We will start at the plate. Matt went 3 for 4 with his first HR of the year. He had 4 RBI and 3 runs scored. Matt's "D" is where he really shined. Besides just being his usual solid at short, he turned not one, not two, but three unassisted double plays to shut down Scared Hitless. Great game Matt. Congratulations to Evil Tangents.
After Random Collision tied up the game in the top of the 7th Chris stepped up to the plate and launched a monster Homer into the trees in left field to end the game. Nice hitting Chris.
