It was a battle royal for these Lower Woodlands players! The semi's were a breeze for the two finalists Jet City Jorts and Ashley Schaeffer BMW. The Jet City upset the number two seed with some stingy defense and clutch kicking. Shane came through at the end of the game with two key kicks. The Ashley Schaeffer team however upset the number one seed taking control of the game from the very first inning. Brian was definitely a strong competitor for his team (Ashley Schaeffer) playing at third making four key catches and plenty of other offensive plays. In the final game, Schaeffer against Jet City, this was a game everyone held their breath for until the final out was made in the last inning. With a tight game scoring at 6 to 7, Ashley Schaeffers own pitcher Jon brought them home to a sweet victory.

A nail bitting semi-final was afoot for the Angry Pirates and Entercommies with a close one run game the whole time. Pirates tied it up 3-3 in top of the 7th and forced extra innings with stout defense. They came through in the 8th inning to advance to the finals. Kickatastrophe however did not have their usual game face on, and the Bombardiers took full advantage to sweep the game. With Graham, we can say he "kicked the shit out of the ball" to give his Bombardiers some of those runs to end the game at 18-7. In the Champ finals, Bombadiers came out with instant offense against those Pirates. Katie had some excellent defense at 2nd to help her team hold of multiple Pirate rallies.
