Spring Softcore Kickball at Queen Anne Tuesday/Thursday

This week's player of the week goes to Jenny Leaverenz of Kickadile Fangs. On Tuesday night, the citizens of Queen Anne came out of their homes wondering why their lawns and sidings were all covered in dirt. The only true explanation for this occurance lies solely on Jenny's Forrest Gump, kick up a ton of dust, speed. Even if you had the opportunity to throw it to first from one her kicks, good luck finding her in all of that dirt she kicks up. Not kidding, lightning would lose everytime in a race against her. Look out for Jenny this season...she's gonna give defenses a tough time. Great job, Jenny.

This week's player of the week goes to Chanell Lewis of Optimus PrimeCard. Chanell is one heck of a K-BALLER! Her kicks were nothing short of amazing. Where she wanted the ball to go, they did. She had a sweet kick that the defense couldn't field, till she was safely and securely, on third base. She is definitely going places....as they say:) Great job, Chanell!

This week's player of the week goes to Sean Cardin of the Bunters. Sean was perfect in the field and laid down some sweet kicks all while struggling w/a hurt leg. Sean must have averaged at least one out an inning either on a catch or a throw. He also blasted a few, while...mind you...he was perservering through a little pain....all for the best of the team! W/all that he did on the field through great D and an amazing foot, he was also very positive and encouraging to his fellow teammates. Great job out there, Sean!!

Great pitching was on display when N.A.D.S. was in the field. The other team just couldn't seem to kick their balls. That was all thanks to the wicked arm of John Schlick. John brought the heat on the mound for N.A.D.S. which improved his eye at the plate. The Mariners should send a scout out for their next game.

This weeks player of the week goes to Holly Nichols for her great play on the field and her generosity off the field. Her pitching performance was solid along with some great work on the bases but it was her post game that sealed the deal. Her team suffered a loss but she went out of her way to offer the opponent juice boxes and fruit roll-ups a common kickballer diet and won the hearts of Optimus PrimeCard. Great job Holly, good Karma coming your way!
