Fall Big Turkey Bowling at Sunset Thursdays 9:30

Lindsey McBride of the old BTB pros Bowling Stones was worried before the first night of the season. How would she scrape off the rust after not being on the pine for so long. Well, she crushed all doubt and silenced all the critics (uh, really only herself) by turning in a stellar performance. With games of 195 and 147, Lindsey helped get her team off to a fast start.

Stephanie led her team to a 4-0 victory this week. Not even falling could deter her game. In fact, she believes her success can be attributed to a mixture of alcohol and pain. Stephanie started off the first game with 3 spares in a row and followed up with a turkey in the second. She was so on her game and in tune with the pins that she even managed to pick up a split spare through intimidating the remaining pin by staring at it until it fell over. Pretty much, she's awesome.

When asking fellow teammates about Ben and his "POTW" qualifications, one responded, "What? WTF? Why did he get player of the week? He sucks. Starters get all the credit. I beat his score." The real reason why Ben is POTW is consistency. He has consistently been a high scorer throughout the season and this week was no exception. He bowled a 165 in the first game and a 177 in the second. He maintains an average of 160. The key to his success? The Shrek ball. His ball literally has Shrek on it. Teammates attest, "He throws that ball like an ogre would throw a hobbit. You can hear it scream as it goes down the lane." You go, Ben.
