Spring Softcore Kickball in Everett Thursdays

Although it isn't going to count in the standings (Shawn Kemp's opponent had forfeited so we played a funsie game), Ballsagna should be extremely proud, as 6 of their players combined with 4 of Shawn Kemp's were able to beat the core of Shawn Kemp's team, 20-4. They might have been playing a 4-guy outfield and had a lineup that consisted of 5 guys in a row, but Amy was adamant that this was their crowning achievement in 8 years of Underdog Kickball. Could this have put a tiny seed of doubt in Shawn Kemp's mind as they approach the playoffs? Could their REIGN of 50 championships (rough estimate) in a row be coming to a close? Only time will tell as we approach playoffs, but Ballsagna has to feel good knowing they were on the other end of a Shawn Kemp beatdown. Congrats!

Just the Tips wins this week's Team of the Week for their thrilling walk off victory in the championship game. Down early and for most of the game, they made their comeback in the last 3 innings, scoring 3, 2, and 1 to grasp victory from the jaws of defeat. Congrats!
