If it weren't for Adam Donovan's aggressive plays after the third out every inning, it could have been anyone's game on Wednesday night against Blue Balls. But Adam's constant hard play even after the inning was over to ensure a 4th out was the highlight of the night. Adam's passion to play all night long makes him this week's POTW!
Wednesday night's game between SloRollers the OG's and The Fighting Sandwiches included over 80 degree weather, unbelievable pitching/defense and an explosive offense. Jonathan Bystedt of SloRollers dominated on defense by making a crazy out with his foot. A well placed bunt looked to start a nice rally for The Fighting Sandwiches, but Jonathan quickly destroyed the momentum by spinning a 180 and shooting a laser off his foot to get the out. Jonathan also had a cannon of an arm and tallied over 8 put-outs at the pitching position. Watch out for this guy!
