Not to be denied completing their city-wide tour of kickball over the past years, SloRollers rallied from behind for a dramatic win in stunning fashion. A game of epic proportions that started off as a pitcher's duel, Manhandlers broke the game open with 2 runs in the 6th inning to take the lead 3-1. Taking the lead into the bottom of the 7th, Adam Donavan booted a huge 2-run game tying home run. Extra inning magic was all it took for Martha Linhoss and company to seal the deal and take home the championship. Notch in the books yet another championship win, the toughest yet for the SloRollers, but definitely the most deserved!
Adam Donavan stole the show this week on the biggest stage with a 2 -run game tying homer in the bottom of the 7th inning! That boot kept his team tied into extra innings, and ended with the SloRollers rolling to the championship!
