On Thursday night at Denny Park, everyone at the Kickball park was graced w/the presence of a TRUE kickball celebrity. No mater what Captain Jaremy was doing, whether it be making HUGE kicks or fielding bunts, he always brought a slow fog, backed by a little inspirational rock, and of course all the while, time was basically in a stand still.....a little like every hollywood sporting movie's climatic scene. Out after out, just increased his celebrity status and w/his clutch kicking turned him into a legend. May 24th 2012 at Denny Park will always be remembered as a day a local legend was born!
Everybody has dreamt about being up with the bases loaded, your team down by 3, bottom of the 9th, with 2 outs, and blasting a homerun to win the game. That wasn't quite the situation for Mark but it was close. Mark came up with the bases loaded and 2 outs and booted a grand slam over the rightfield fence. With that one kick he put his team into cruise control to the win. Nice kicking Mark!
