Now that I've got you singing, you'll now know that Leny's Stinky Fingers danced their way to become champions.
In a hotly contested showdown, Trevor Larowe looked like Ali as he floated like a butterfly to dodge not one but two attempts at a throw out between 3rd and home. Then stung like a bee as on the same play, he scored what proved to be the deciding run in the ball game.
Trevor along with the rest of Leny's Stinky Fingers completed their great season with their championship completion!
Trevor played an outstanding game defensively and scored the decisive run in what was a major league pickle play between 3rd and home. Looking like Rickey Henderson on the base paths he was able to dodge two throw out attempts to eventually score.
Lindsay brought her "A" game on Thursday. What I mean by A game is her All Attitude game. Lindsay would not be denied from making an impact on defense, getting on base any way possible or scoring runs no matter who stood in her way. This included a play in fifth inning where Lindsay grazed the catcher as she crossed home plate. In her post game interview, Lindsay explained the reason for the bump was that the catcher was standing on my plate. Lindsay's attitude helped carry Leny's Stinky Fingaz to two wins on Thursday.
If Tyler doesn't have fun playing kickball, it's hard to tell. You can hear Tyler laughing at all times during the game. It didn't matter if he was rounding the bases after booting the ball to rightfield or making one of his many catches in centerfield, Tyler could be heard laughing. It's players like him that make this game fun to play. Thanks for keeping it fun Tyler!
