All throughout the game it looked like Toot It and Boot It would walk away with a comfortable lead and the championship. However, PN on the Mound wasn't prepared to give up that easy. In the seventh inning, they began to make a come back. They were six runs behind, but despite Toot It and Boot It's great defense, they ended up only one run behind until Matt Reyes came up big with a great heads up play. When he noticed a runner over run third base, he made the tag right before the runner was able to get back to the base. In a very dramatic ending, Toot It and Boot It won the championship. Congrats!
Until the seventh inning, Toot It and Boot It had a comfortable lead and looked like they'd walk away with the championship. During the top of the seventh, PN on the Mound began to make a come back. In a dramatic ending, and the opposing team only one run behind, Matt Reyes saw a runner come off base, and made the tag just in time to get the out to end the game. Congratulations, Matt!
Kathryn Harrington played like an android constructed for kickball domination in her game on Monday. On defense she dominated at second base, inhaling anything that came within her reach. On offense she played with absolute efficiency, and finished with an on-base percentage that was off the charts. Overall it was a performance of superhuman, or perhaps robotic, quality.
